Creating an account is free and takes under 2 minutes. Click Get Started, enter your name, email, and a secure password, then verify your email address. You can begin exploring the platform immediately and fund your account when you're ready.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before making your first deposit or withdrawal. The process involves submitting a government-issued ID and a proof of address document. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours. This step is required to keep our platform compliant and to protect all of our investors.

Each individual is permitted one personal account. If you manage funds for a business or organization, you may apply for a separate institutional account by contacting our team at info@aruxglobal.org. Multiple personal accounts registered by the same individual may be subject to suspension.

On the login page, click "Forgot password" and enter your registered email address. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder or contact support via live chat.

To close your account, please ensure all active investment plans have matured and your balance is zero. Then contact our support team via email at info@aruxglobal.org with your request. Accounts with active plans or pending withdrawals cannot be closed until all positions are settled.

We accept a wide range of payment methods including:

• Cryptocurrency transfers (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, and more)
• Bank wire / SWIFT transfers
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

All deposits are free of charge from our side. Third-party network and card fees may apply depending on your provider.

Crypto deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations (usually 2–6 minutes for major coins). Card deposits are reflected almost instantly. Bank wire transfers typically take 1–3 business days depending on your bank and region.

Arux Global does not charge internal withdrawal fees. However, the following third-party costs may apply:

• Crypto withdrawals — standard network gas fees at time of withdrawal.
• Gold redemptions — vault logistics and shipping costs where applicable.
• Real estate exits — subject to the secondary market spread at time of sale.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24–48 business hours. Crypto withdrawals are typically the fastest once approved. Bank wire transfers may take an additional 2–3 business days after processing. Priority redemption is available on Investor and Vault Elite gold tiers.

Yes. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method: $10 for crypto withdrawals, $50 for card withdrawals, and $100 for bank wires. These thresholds exist to cover network and processing overhead efficiently.

Our crypto investment plans run on 14-day cycles with daily profit payouts. You choose a tier based on the amount you invest:

• Tier One — 1% daily, $150–$2,999
• Tier Two — 2% daily, $3,000–$9,999
• Tier Three — 3% daily, $10,000–$49,999
• Tier Four — 4% daily, $50,000–$500,000

Profits are credited daily and your principal capital is returned in full at the end of the 14-day term. A 10% referral bonus is also available on all tiers.

Yes. Daily profits are credited to your available balance each day throughout the plan cycle. You can request a withdrawal of accumulated profits at any time without affecting your active plan. Your principal capital is only returned at plan maturity.

Yes. There is no restriction on the number of active plans you can hold simultaneously. Many investors run plans across different tiers at the same time to diversify their earning schedule. Each plan runs independently with its own 14-day cycle.

When someone you refer makes their first investment using your referral link, you receive a 10% bonus of their invested amount credited directly to your account balance. This bonus is available across all four investment tiers and all asset classes, with no cap on how many people you can refer.

Yes. You can choose a different tier for each new plan you start. Simply invest an amount that falls within the tier range you want. There is no lock-in to any particular tier, and you can switch freely between cycles. New plans take effect at the start of the next 14-day cycle.

Real estate tokens represent fractional ownership stakes in specific properties — apartments, villas, commercial spaces, land plots, and development projects. Each token is priced at $50 and entitles you to a daily profit payout based on the property's rate and your number of tokens, for the duration of the investment term.

Each property listing shows a daily profit range (e.g. 0.52%–0.72%). Your daily payout is calculated as:

(Number of tokens × $50) × daily rate = daily profit

For example, 100 tokens at 0.60% per day = $3.00 per day. Payouts are credited daily to your available balance throughout the property term.

At maturity, your full token investment ($50 × number of tokens) is returned to your account balance. All daily profits will already have been credited throughout the term. You can then reinvest in another property or withdraw your funds.

Secondary market resale is available on Portfolio and Estate Elite tier properties. Tokens listed on the secondary market are sold at the current market rate, which may be above or below your original purchase price. Please note that early exit via secondary market sale will end daily profit accrual for those tokens from the sale date.

Token minimums vary by property. Entry-level properties like the Lake House start at just 1 token ($50). Higher-yield commercial developments require larger minimum purchases (e.g. 4,000 tokens / $200,000 for Business Development). • Cold wallet storage — 95% of all crypto assets are kept offline in air-gapped cold wallets, inaccessible from any network.
• 256-bit AES encryption — all data and transactions are encrypted end-to-end with military-grade standards.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) — mandatory for all withdrawals and account changes.
• Real-time monitoring — our security team actively monitors for suspicious activity around the clock.

Yes. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA on your account, and it is required for all withdrawal requests. You can set up 2FA via an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Authy) in your account security settings.
